Microsoft names new director of developer marketing, plans to launch Insider 'Dev Circles'

The company is placing its global community of Windows Insiders at the center of this new initiative, led past Jeremiah Marble, who has today been appointed to the new role of Microsoft's Manager of Developer Marketing for Windows.
